Banana maple cinnamon baked oats
These easy and delicious make ahead breakfast oat bars are the perfect recipe if you’re looking for easy breakfast! They have over 6g of protein per serving. They are made with chia and flax seeds and are dairy free and gluten free. Plus they are USDA organic and a good source of fiber! -1 packet @oatsomeoatmilk maple overnight oats
-2 ripe bananas
-1 banana
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-1tsp vanilla extract
-1 cup milk of choice
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350F and lining a 8x8 baking dish.

  • In a large bowl take your bananas and mash them using a fork. Add your maple syrup, egg, vanilla extract and milk and mix again.

  • Add your @oatsomeoatmilk maple cinnamon overnight oat package along with your cinnamon and baking powder. Mix until combined then add to your lined 8x8 baking dish.

  • Bake on 350F for 37-40 minutes. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before enjoying!
