Maple glaze pumpkin donuts
These are perfect to make on a cozy fall morning! They come together in one bowl and bake for less than 20 minutes.

-1/4 cup melted butter, -1/2 cup pumpkin puree, -3 tbsp brown sugar, -3 tbsp maple syrup , -1 egg, -1 tsp vanilla, -3/4 cup all purpose flour , -1/2 tsp baking soda, -1/2 tsp baking powder, -1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Maple glaze
-1 cup powder sugar, -2 tbsp maple syrup, -2 tbsp milk, -1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350F

  • In a large bowl mix your butter, maple syrup and brown sugar. Once combined add in your pumpkin, egg and vanilla. Mix well

  • In a separate bowl mix your dry ingredients then add them to your wet. Fold to combine making sure not to over mix.

  • Place batter in a donut mold and into the oven for 17-19 minutes.

  • Once slightly cooled dip donut into your icing and enjoy!
