Directions:

  • Stir together your flour, baking powder, and salt. Set that bowl aside.

  • Add your eggs, milk, butter, applesauce, maple syrup, vanilla extract and spinach to your blender. Blend until spinach is completely blended.

  • Add the flour mixture and blend until just combined.

  • Pour pancake mixture onto your pan and cook until they start to turn a golden brown color.

  • Serve them with strawberry yogurt for dipping. Enjoy!

  • Mix together your ingredients in a 6x9 baking dish

  • Bake in oven at 350F for 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease your muffin pan

  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, and garlic powder.

  • Add in your cheese, chopped spinach, and meat. Stir to combine.

  • Pour the mixture into the muffin cups.

  • Bake for 15 minutes
