Directions:
Stir together your flour, baking powder, and salt. Set that bowl aside.
Add your eggs, milk, butter, applesauce, maple syrup, vanilla extract and spinach to your blender. Blend until spinach is completely blended.
Add the flour mixture and blend until just combined.
Pour pancake mixture onto your pan and cook until they start to turn a golden brown color.
Serve them with strawberry yogurt for dipping. Enjoy!

Bake in oven at 350F for 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, and garlic powder.
Add in your cheese, chopped spinach, and meat. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the muffin cups.
