Matcha Tiramisu Overnight Oats 🍵☕

Tiramisu meets matcha, and the result is next level! 😍 Day 43 of Healthy Easy Recipes, and today we’re making Matcha Tiramisu Overnight Oats! (You know we had to do something green for st Patricks day!)

This version takes my classic matcha oats and layers them with yogurt for that classic tiramisu effect—SO creamy and delicious!

Directions:

  • Combine the oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and protein powder in a blender.


  • Blend until smooth.


  • Divide into mason jars, add toppings or mix-ins of choice, and add an airtight lid.


  • Refrigerate overnight.

  • In the morning, add the extra 1/4 cup of almond milk (2 Tbsp per jar) to thin if desired.
