Meal prepping has been so helpful for me lately. I just made 3 simple, healthy recipes and my kids loved them! Sharing in case it helps you too. 😊

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line or grease a baking sheet.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt and eggs. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder; mix to form a thick dough. Fold in chopped spinach, 1 cup cheddar, and turkey.

  • Scoop 12 portions onto the baking sheet, flatten slightly, and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

  • Combine the old-fashioned oats, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, and mashed banana together. Then pour your dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir. Fold in your diced strawberries.

  • In a greased muffin tin, fill each cup 3/4 of the way full. Bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

  • Add all of your ingredients to the blender. Blend together until you have a smooth consistency throughout.
