Directions:

  • Blend the pistachios, water, maple syrup, and vanilla in a high-speed blender until smooth.

  • Pour into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds.


  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

  • Top with your favorite toppings—I added Greek yogurt mixed with matcha and crushed pistachios!
