Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place the ramen into a bowl and cover with hot water. Let sit for a few minutes until softened and then drain. Set aside.
While the ramen is softening, make the meatballs. To a 9x13 baking dish add the ground beef, egg, scallions bread crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well and then form into about 16 meatballs. Stack on one side of the baking dish for now.
Add the drained ramen to the other side of the baking dish and top with 1 cup of the teriyaki sauce. Add the broccoli to the ramen and season the broccoli and ramen with some salt and pepper.
Using your hands carefully mix everything together placing the meatballs on top of the ramen.
Top everything with remaining 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce. Drizzle olive oil over everything and bake for 10 minutes uncovered.
Pull over rack out halfway, carefully flip all the meatballs over and bake for an additional 25 minutes or until cooked though. Top with additions scallions and enjoy. "
