Cookie Dough Chia Pudding 🍪✨
It’s cookie dough… but make it chia pudding! 😍 Day 58 of Healthy Easy Recipes, and this one is creamy, protein-packed, and studded with dark chocolate chunks. It tastes like dessert but is perfect for breakfast or a snack!

Directions:
Blend together:
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp cashew butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
1–2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl with:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips
Stir until slightly thickened, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
