VIRAL HIGH PROTEIN YOGURT CLUSTERS! inspired my one of my favorite snacks lately, tru fru (and @seriousfoodfetish for the fun idea!) i decided to make a similar version at home with just a few ingredients. meet my FROZEN chocolate covered cherry clusters 🍒

save for later so you can make them asap!!

ingredients:
1.5 cups sweet cherries, pitted and halved
2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
4 teaspoons coconut oil

Directions:

  • Add Greek yogurt and chopped cherries to a bowl and stir to combine.

  • Line a plate with parchment paper and dollop big spoonfuls of the yogurt and cherry mixture onto the parchment.

  • Place the plate in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • Microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl in 30-second increments, stirring between each time until fully melted.

  • Use two forks to dunk each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, drain off any excess chocolate, and place on the parchment-lined plate. (Alternatively you can simply drizzle the clusters with chocolate instead of dunking!)

  • If the melted chocolate starts to get thick as it cools, microwave it again and/or add a little more coconut oil if needed to thin it out.

  • Freeze again for a few minutes or until the chocolate is fully hardened.

  • Eat immediately or store in the freezer. If clusters are too solid to bite, you can let them sit on a plate at room temperature for about 15 minutes to soften the yogurt a bit. Enjoy!
