Green Bell Pepper
Sweet Onion
Garlic Cloves
Ground Beef 80/20
Beef Smoked Sausage
Vegetarian Baked Beans @bushsbeans
Walkerswood Mild Jerk Seasoning Paste
Ketchup
Yellow Mustard
Brown Sugar
Ground Cinnamon
Honey
Worcestershire Sauce
Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions:

  • Brown the sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and sliced smoked sausage. Cook ~1 min per side, then remove.

  • Cook the beef: In the same skillet, add ground beef, season it up, and cook until fully browned (about 5 min).

  • Sauté veggies: Leave ~1 tbsp of grease in the skillet, then add chopped onions + bell peppers with a pinch of salt. Cook a couple mins, then add minced garlic and cook 1 more min.

  • Build your beans: In a large baking dish, mix.

  • 3 drained cans + 1 full can of baked beans, Jerk seasoning, Ketchup, Brown sugar, Honey, Worcestershire sauce, Apple cider vinegar, A little cinnamon, Yellow mustard

  • Add in your sautéed veggies, sausage, and ground beef. Mix everything together well.

  • Taste & bake: Adjust seasoning if needed, then bake at 350°F for 50–60 minutes.

  • Rest & serve: Let cool for 10 minutes, then dig in.
