I can’t believe you can eat LEGO pieces! How to make a LEGO food art lunch for your kids!
Directions:
- Cut the corners off a piece of cheddar cheese to make a rounded Lego head shape. Place the cheese on top of a piece of bread and trim the bread to match the cheese shape.
- Use roasted seaweed snacks to cut out facial features (eyes, mouth, etc.). Add details with small pieces of white cheese and a tiny bit of pepperoni.
- Take two slices of bread and place sliced deli meat inside to make a sandwich. Place the mini-fig face (cheddar cheese with facial features) on top of the sandwich.
- Use a straw to cut out small circles from extra bread. Use a bit of butter as “glue” to attach the circles to small squares of bread to mimic Lego bricks.
