I can’t believe you can eat LEGO pieces! How to make a LEGO food art lunch for your kids!
Directions:
Cut the corners off a piece of cheddar cheese to make a rounded Lego head shape. Place the cheese on top of a piece of bread and trim the bread to match the cheese shape.
Use roasted seaweed snacks to cut out facial features (eyes, mouth, etc.). Add details with small pieces of white cheese and a tiny bit of pepperoni.
Take two slices of bread and place sliced deli meat inside to make a sandwich. Place the mini-fig face (cheddar cheese with facial features) on top of the sandwich.
Use a straw to cut out small circles from extra bread. Use a bit of butter as “glue” to attach the circles to small squares of bread to mimic Lego bricks.
