Here’s the secret!
The rice mold and frozen sticky rice made this lunch so easy to put together!
My daughter wanted soy sauce but my son didn’t. Overall they loved this cat and dog lunch though!
Directions:
Heat sticky rice in the microwave according to package instructions. Place warm sticky rice into plastic wrap, then press into a rice mold. Remove the shaped rice from the mold. Place the rice shape in the main compartment of the lunchbox.
Cut small pieces of roasted seaweed to create facial features (eyes, nose, mouth) and place them on the rice shapes.
Place dog-themed desserts in one side compartment.
Add snap peas alongside the desserts.
Surround the rice cat shape with meatballs.
